I Like this product as a part of my diet. Pre-measured so I don’t have to guess. Satisfies my sweet tooth without going over board. Kind of reminds me of malted milk balls but are a little smaller and way healthier. Protein helps you to feel like you ate more than you did. About $7 cheaper than buying it at my local diet center.
